MinnSLOWta runs through the heart of Dogpatch, safely connecting parks, museums, businesses and residents, and creating a vital alternative to 3rd St.  It provides a critical connection to the protected bike lanes on 4th and 16th Streets. Residents of all ages and abilities are now enjoying this Slow Street. It has been beautiful to see residents and visitors, children and parents and grandparents biking, scooting, walking, running and simply socializing along MinneSLOWta.
